This is a daily protein staple for me! I’m a personal trainer so I stay active throughout the day as well as am conscious of my protein intake. This I use in place of Gatorade. It’s only 60 calories for 15g of protein so it’s perfect even if you’re on a lower calorie diet. I recommend it to my clients all the time. The flavor is great too.
