Before you make any rash decisions, make sure you let your Protein2o chill in the fridge before consuming. We do not provide returns, however, if there’s a defect in your product or if the product that you ordered is NOT what you received, we do provide refunds.
To start a refund, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and our team will assist you from there. We can only offer refunds if your product came damaged or if there is something wrong with your order. Our refunds are also only applicable for online orders. If you don’t know where to start, we suggest ordering our variety pack first so you can discover your new favorite flavor! Please provide our team with images and as much information about what was wrong with the product.
Refunds will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if your item(s) is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We can then evaluate the issue and make it right!
