Heidi Skolnik, M.S., C.D.N., FACSM
Considered a thought leader in nutrition, Heidi has influenced many through her media work, writing and thriving consulting business. Her company, Nutrition Conditioning, oversees the Sports Nutrition program at The Juilliard School and the School of American. Heidi has been part of The Women’s Sports Medicine Center at Hospital for Special Surgery for over 20 years. Additionally, Heidi served as the team nutritionist with the NY Knicks for 7 years, the Football Giants for 18 years and the NY Mets for 15 years and has worked with the NHL, MLS, WNBA, Olympic competitors, professional cyclists, marathoners, and collegiate athletes. Heidi has authored 4 books, including The Athlete Triad Playbook/Relative Energy Deficiency in Sports and Nutrient Timing (Human Kinetics).  As a sought-after presenter, Heidi presents internationally and is an expert resource for both print, on-line and TV media and has been featured on The Today Show, Good Morning America, Live! W Kelly and Michael, amongst many more shows.  Heidi earned two Master degrees (Exercise Science and Human Nutrition) and is a Fellow with the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). As a realist, Heidi believes M&M’s can fit into a healthy eating style along with red peppers, red meat, broccoli, and fresh fruit.
