I met the Protein2o team at the Arnold Health Expo in Columbus and was graciously given the opportunity to sample all their flavors. What intrigued me about their product is that it was low-calorie and low carb but refreshing and enhanced with high-quality whey protein isolates. Protein2o has 15 grams of whey protein isolate’s which are easily digested, absorbed and ready to use for muscle recovery and lean growth. The Protein2o is made thru an ion exchange technology that provides the consumer 110% of all essential amino acids that are in a very pure, easily assimilated and readily available to the body. It is preservative, GMO free and has a very clean and refreshing taste with only naturally flavorings. There are five flavors to choose from which include wild cherry, mixed berry, tropical coconut, classic lemonade and harvest grape with that lemonade being my favorite. Protein2o is sweetened with Sucralose, I would have preferred Stevia instead. The cost is very affordable, convenient (no mixing of powders) which is around $24 for a 12 pack or two dollars per 16 ounce serving.
